On the model of London, New York, San Francisco and Chicago, Milan responds with a proposal that matches its international precursors. Inside the BAM Park – Biblioteca degli Alberi Milano – have been identified 4 Fields, outdoor areas in mowed lawn available to agencies and companies and to all those who wish to carry out projects (open to the public or private) with an innovative and sustainable character, increasing their “brand reputation” in terms of quality and resonance. Even the Promenade – the 5m wide pedestrian walkways that cross the park – are areas rented by linear meter, available for the organization of markets, stands, food trucks and temporary installations.

Following the signing of a public / private agreement between Coima, the Riccardo Catella Foundation and the Municipality of Milan, the management of the outdoor areas is entrusted to Big Spaces, and for this reason the marketing (and leasing) process is easier for customers. Part of the proceeds are intended to finance the maintenance of the public areas of Portanuova.
